Pro and Plus

When selecting "Fit to page" to print directly, it is slow on
some printers.
|
On some modern printers, the
default resolution for printing is high (high dpi). Because it takes time to
zoom the capture to the high resolution, it can go up to 30 seconds.
However, if the printer is set to "pool printing', when waiting for the
print out, you can still keep doing your tasks on your PC.
This is part of the printing settings that is not controlled by
ScreenHunter. To speed up printing, you can reduce the dpi to 600 and lower.

SH 5.0
Pro
on
Vista |
On Windows Vista, if "Rectangular area" is chosen and
"Adjustable" is checked ("Mouse Pointer" is also checked), it will show the
mouse pointer when capturing. But you drag or resize the rectangle, the
mouse pointer disappears.
|
This is an
issue only on Windows Vista capturing adjustable rectangular area with mouse
pointer. To work around, you may use any of the following ways,
-
Uncheck "Adjustable" for rectangular
are capture.
-
If you
check "Adjustable", don't move the selected area and press Enter to
capture.
-
Use
Window/Object, or Full screen to capture first and resize/crop in the
image editor.
