1. Your sound card supports "Audio Mix", "Wave Out Mix" or "Stereo Mix".
In this case, you
can enable the mixer either from the AutoScreenRecorder Sound dialog,
Control Panel or directly from the speaker control showing on your Windows
system bar. And check to select "Audio Mix".
2. If your card
doesn't support Audio Mix, you may record from Line In. Click here for more.
3. Record the sound manually from the speakers. Although not recommended, you
can place your microphone in front of your speaker.
Note the sound quality is not
expected to be high.
